Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snow Machine mobile application ("App") to receive and redeem vouchers provided by Liquid Tours Pty Ltd ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing and using the App, you ("Customer," "you," "your") agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Provided Through the Snow Machine App, we provide vouchers ("Vouchers") for products and services offered by third-party suppliers ("Suppliers") that have been purchased by the customer. These Vouchers can be redeemed at the Suppliers' stores or locations for the corresponding products or services during the valid dates set out in the product sale.
2. Voucher Redemption

Voucher Availability: Vouchers are issued through the App and are valid only for the products and services listed in the App.

Voucher Usage: To redeem a Voucher, you must present it at the Supplier’s designated store or location at the time of purchase or service. Each Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Supplier and that of Liquid Tours Pty Ltd.

Voucher Expiry: Any Voucher not used by the expiration date will be void and non-refundable.

Voucher Limitations: Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used in accordance with the terms specified by the Supplier.
3. Pricing and Payments

Payment: Payment is to be made via the Snow Machine Store which is presented on the Shopify platform. Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change.
4. Supplier Responsibility

Supplier Products and Services: We are not responsible for the products, services, or experiences provided by the Suppliers. Any issues with the quality, delivery, or satisfaction of the products and services you receive are between you and the Supplier.

Supplier Terms and Conditions: Each Supplier may have its own set of terms and conditions that apply to the products or services you redeem. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms before redeeming your Voucher.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information when using the App, including your contact details and payment information.

Voucher Security: You are responsible for keeping your Vouchers secure. Lost or stolen Vouchers may not be replaced or refunded.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: Vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, except as required by law.

Refunds: If a Voucher cannot be redeemed due to an error by the Supplier or an issue with the product or service, you may request a refund or replacement through contacting the Snow Machine team. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Privacy and Data Security We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from the use or inability to use a Voucher or any issues related to the Supplier’s products or services. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of the products or services provided by the Suppliers.
9. Termination of Access We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of the service.
10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective as of the date of posting.
