Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases, including but not limited to Rentals, Lessons, Lift Passes, and Activities, are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to a change of mind or personal circumstances, including but not limited to changes in employment or relationship status, unapproved leave requests, university exams, military deployment, family emergencies, changes in financial situation, pregnancy, injury, or illness. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such eventualities. -
Amendments and Availability
Requests for changes to Activities and Mountain Essentials are subject to availability and must be submitted in writing to the Snow Machine Team no later than 40 days prior to the festival commencement date. Change requests can be submitted via email to info@snow-machine.nz. Snow Machine makes no guarantee that requested changes will be accommodated. -
Activity Participation Requirements
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they are available on the scheduled date(s) of their selected activities. Activities have limited availability, and no assurance is given regarding the ability to reschedule or amend bookings. -
Rental Terms
All rental agreements are for consecutive-day use only. Failure to return rental equipment on the date specified by the rental provider may result in additional charges, which are the responsibility of the hirer. Any loss of, or damage to, rental equipment will be managed directly between the hirer and the relevant rental provider. Snow Machine is not responsible for any associated fees or disputes. Reimbursement and/or damage fees are governed by the specific terms and conditions of the individual rental store. Snow Machine reserves the right to amend your booking where necessary in line with the guidance and requirements provided by the individual rental stores.
